Taking a walk around the November Farm’s path is a regular start to the work day. This allows a chance to collect our thoughts, and discuss what the day has in store. Hidden at first glance, “The Way Forward” creates a natural solution to an obstruction on the path, caused by a fallen tree. Ever since the tree fell, the path’s “flow” has always been disrupted by the trunk, having to almost climb over it in order to continue onward. The Way Forward has preserved the natural cycle of life, by allowing the tree to rest in peace, while also utilizing stumps cut from another tree, acting as steps. Those logs will now provide an easy way forward, hopefully for decades to come. – Talon Kurtenbach
